Client context

A $3B+ global industrial goods company operating across 50+ countries needed to turn an early AI initiative into a scalable enterprise capability with clear governance, reliable delivery and broad adoption.

02 / The work

Our approach

One Executive Advisor as Engagement Lead and one Associate built, operated and transferred the global AI Center of Excellence. They designed and activated its target operating model, governance, budgeting and controlling; steered external development partners; shaped Executive Committee communication; and aligned 100+ leaders. The team also enabled the rollout of a vendor-flexible enterprise AI platform for thousands of users and led the concept and development of an AI Portfolio Hub from opportunity intake to value tracking.
